class schedule
The schedule is arranged so that someone wanting 2 or 3 classes a week (which is the most common), can still likely get in both a push and pull session with recommended rest days between workouts.

Please note: classes must have at least 2 participants booked or they will not take place.
Requirements: Please bring a towel to each class. Plus water and any snacks if you wish.
